It was definitely his best season thus far for Ayshford. He is strong and rangy which makes him difficult to bring down, coupled with his massive hands that allow him to carry the footy like a golf ball and offload at will in a tackle. He breaks the first tackle more times then not, if we have Blair on the right hand side in attack watch this kids career go to another level. Very excited supporter right here!

Agree. Blair, Aysford on the right, lawrence and Ellis on the left…..very strong. edges, the best in the comp IMO.

I remember at Canberra Stadium early 2010 he had a shocker that for a lot of people was the final straw. Sheens kicked his backside and told him his spot was in jeopardy and the next thing you knew it he just started becoming a first grader.

His backend of 2010 was superb and he carried that form into 2011 where he maintaned it for pretty much the whole season. If he continues to grow and learn, forget about a silly city jumper, the sky blue and green and gold are within his grasp as early as 2013.

They say its the best day off your life when you have a baby, but gee, i have to say, its terrible. Once its all over and everyone is fine then its great, but as whole the day sux lol. Your so exhausted by the end of it but no matter how tired you are theres no way your getting to sleep. It really is hard on the dad hahahahaha.

You make a good point KS dads do it tough don't they :unamused: I still remember getting into trouble for not having the gas mask at the ready during delivery (that's because I was having a bit myself  ) oops sorry darling here you go 😱pen_mouth: from then on, it's taken half a lifetime to recover :roll

Congrats Blake and partner Hope it all went to plan
Totally agree KS My first went off after 18 holes of golf and then 11 hours of work and 11 hours of labour and then a mass panic Emergency C section at the end The tension made anything else I have experienced in life pale to insignificance Can vividly remember pacing the halls liked a caged Tiger waiting to get the call in to hold Mum's hand which never eventuated due to more complications

But to hold your kids for the first time gee its special Wiilow you'll love it mate

Congrats to Blake and his partner. Such a cool head on the field, should be able to deal with anything the bub sends his way.

I dunno CB I've seen my little ones do stuff that would blow your mind First one didn't sleep through until he got his 1 years needles We were so scared that he had had a reaction …... We weren't game to get out of bed

2nd one was forever trying to stick things in power sockets
