Wests Tigers Head Coach Michael Maguire said he was extremely pleased to see Shawn continue his first-grade development at the club.
“I’m really pleased to see Shawn commit to Wests Tigers,” Maguire said.
“I’ve gotten to know Shawn quite closely since coming to the club and I’ve been really pleased in how well he’s developed. He’s grown a lot as a player since being at Wests Tigers and he’s an extremely strong character and leader.

While Blore’s debut was great for the feels ...he was limited in his subsequent games..

Great to have him commit ..needs a lot of work

Blore missed all of 2019 with an ACL
He even told Madge he’d only be comfortable playing limited minutes this season ..
A weapon in the making !

I see where you’re coming from, still has a lot to prove etc but the fact a very highly rated junior has re-signed is great news for the club, and we need all the positivity we can get atm.

if he didn’t do his acl he would have been regular first grader at penrith by now, was their best junior coming through the ranks...I know for a fact they weren’t happy about letting him go but at the same time they weren’t gonna get in the way of him getting a starting spot elsewhere

He’s on starting blocks and training wheels but in good hands. Madge knows how to coach forwards.
There should be no negativity about signings like this .... these young players with displayed potential are our future.
If some can’t see that but look for quick high priced solutions to get us forward are kidding themselves.

Played well in the 2nd eels game too. Made over 100 meters and a couple of offloads in a 30 min stint
