Gus has been really really good.

Willing worker, decent finisher and improving each week

Amazing how other hacks can get a run at NRL at other clubs yet a quality player like Aiga doesn't get a look in. Rated him higher than Everingham!

It is amazing what a chance can provide.

Look at Reece Robinson. Bog ordinary winger in Reggies for years, had pace but nothing else. Gets half a chance at the Raiders and look at him now.

Part of me would really like to see Payten given free reign to cut the chaff, pick the juniors and develop the structure of the club from scratch.

I wonder if any of John grant microscope armchair sports critics have ever laced on a footy boot. The bloke is an athlete. As a winger, a lot of your opportunities to finish are presented by your centre, 6 and 7\. Having played both codes, a big strong bloke with plenty of speed you don't want bringing back kick returns. Oppositions from what I have heard haven't targeted him greatly. Give long John time, he is not Paul hauff, or pat Richards. When given the chance and confidence, I hope a lot of you eat your humble pie with a real big fork
