Ouch! That's a terrible capitulation given they were right in it at halftime. Windsor certainly seem to have the wood on Balmain.

i was there for the whole first half then left because i wanted to go to my cousins place, very dissapointing. any players played well and how did John Grant go is he ready for first grade.

Dissapointing day out.

Windsor were bigger all over the park and it really played out to their advantage.

Simona was playing great until forced off with a knee injury.

Russell never stopped trying. Hitchcox and Gus were solid.

Meaney played a real captains knock in the backrow again.

Just dissapointing

Always next week with a trip over the ditch

Not great. Not terrible.

Work in progress. Will be for the entire season

The reality is in the State Cup at full strength we are in with a real show.

Apart from that sides like Windsor, The Dogs & Jets (at full strength) & the Vulcans are physically much bigger across the park than the other sides with more genuine NRL borderline players and are a cut above.

Tigers, Bears, Knights can all be there if they get a full strength side on the park.

Suppose the one thing people forget is with Rhino and Ellis out and big Tuigamala out as well we are missing some quality forwards from the BRET side

Tuigamala was our one big bopper who possibly could counteracted some of the big sides we play against where we are out muscled

Our back row at one stage yesterday was Meaney, Utai and Harris.

Hopefully Davis is back next week as he adds some size as well and Curran being finished his suspension adds another great worker

Naiyaravaro missing for the season was a blow, Seumanufagai out is a big blow.

Still they could have made a much better fist of yesterday and Paul Fletcher was right to feel unhappy with the effort and application of the side yesterday

From what Ive seen of this BRET team they have one of the best backlines in the NSW CUP comp. Couple of forwards drop back when the NRL players return then they are looking good.

Out of curiosity im thinking players like Simona and Hitchcox are showing real potential…and given the opportunity in the future could make the leap to NRL. Do the Tiges have them signed up for more then this year or could other clubs move in and get them?

I was at the game and watched it with keen interest. Arana Taumata is a bloody good half. Pity he mucked up so that we couldn't keep him.
Sandor Earl should be playing NRL every game on that performance. He made Balmain's wingers look so bad. Which brings me to John Grant. The best that can be said about him is that he is a work in progress.
Matt Utai: crap winger but played like the machine that drilled the Sydney Harbour Tunnel when at back row.
Junior Moors: goes hiding in defence. Not once was he the first defender in on a tackle. It's like he reads the ruck then goes on the opposite side to the hit ups on the 1st and 2nd tackles. Otherwise he's as the 2nd or 3rd tackler. He was very good with ball in hand.
When Moors plays NRL his defensive flaws are hidden by the other enthusiastic defenders like Fulton and Farah.
No doubt Sheens sees this in Moors game and that is why Moors is a fringe first grader.
Marc Russell: the BRET half. Tough guy.
