Manly are in after a try was called back for a forward pass to the Tigers, 12-6 to Balmain and the commentators are suggesting that it's a 18 point breeze it's that strong, Manly mistake soon after the try.

Balmain are in next to the posts close to halftime. 16-6 kick to come. Iosefa sounding pretty busy out there.

Balmain are in with a try to Gus Aiga after a great kick by Masada Iosafea adjacent to the posts after good lead up work from Grant & Farlow, Meaney slots it over for 18-6, still need more points however.

Ten minutes gone and the score hasn't changed, Balmain might be struggling to run into the wind but Manly may have spent all their energy up from the first half, things are going Balmains way and after a mistake by Manly Balmain attack and Jarod Farlow crashes over for the first points of the 2nd half, Magpies are holding on!.

Sensational Balmain attacking raid sees Pat Politoni score that should see the Tigers wrap the game up with 20 minutes to go, Meaney slots it over for 28-6 over the Sea Eagles, Magpies have stretched the lead over Sharks.

Commentators feel that Linc Port has been hard done by with a try being disallowed but the Sharks have hit the front over the Magpies, d'oh.

Manly lose the ball for Tim Simona to swoop on the ball to set up a 75m try with Tim passing to Tom Humble just short of the try line, Meaney misses the conversion but Balmain look to have won the game with 15 remaining.

Balmain lose the Ball from the restart and from the scrum Manly score their 1st try of the second half with Foran putting in a deft kick for Oldfield to score, too little too late and with that I've lost my live feed, Go Tigers!.

Fulltime, 32-10 to Balmain in an excellent win. Only a couple of goals kicked too, so they could have hit 40 with conversions.

Wests were rundown late by the Sharks unfortunately.

Scrappy win. But a win regardless.

Big game next week against Newtown at North Sydney Oval in the first leg of the double header

Meaney won players player. He played fullback in the first half with Simona at centre and this is when we looked more fluid IMO.

Humble was a standout as was Farlow IMO.

Grant played well, more involved each week. Gus Agia was better for mine but both were good
