Penrith would be insane to even entertain releasing him, even with their talent pool. He’s the best winger in the comp.
Money talks, roster balance may be more important. Penrith have a habit of continually resigning their star players only to make adjustments the following year. They know what they are doing!

Impressive yes. But I’d say last week was even more impressive. Rusty as all hell, kicking errors, passes off the mark and when the game is there to be won he kicks an outstanding clutch 40m field goal to seal it.

To'o is exactly what we need. Give them Staines back. They can have the " Forbes Ferrari " back. Just wind the odometre back and don't tell them he's broken down. It'll be sweet.
