I received a call from the Wests Tigers marketing dept the other day asking if I wished to by a pass to a players/fans social night then attend the game next night. As I was at work I asked if she could send me an email with the details. Email sent. I spoke to wifey and son about it and they were less than enthusiastic about it. As my wife said "why would you drive for 6 hours, pay for accommodation and pay $150 for the deal, only to sit there and watch the Tigers get flogged?"

She then reminded my that the Tigers have never won a game that we have attended.

So for the sake of our great club I will stay right away so that they can have a better chance of a win.

I am selfless.

Must be nice to have the option of suspending players for disciplinary reasons. Meanwhile Daley will probably still pick Mitchell Pearce, despite our only series win in a decade coming without him.

We'll lost by about 30-16\. i think we'll put up a good performance and get outclassed from 40-60minutes and score a late try to make it a bit more respectable.

tedesco could turn though though and give us a fighting chance - disappointing he's injured.

Darius Boyd, Sam Thaiday, Corey Parker, Josh Mcguire and Matt Gillet at a minimum. They're the incumbents. I wouldn't be surprised to see Corey Oates called up as well.

I think we'll struggle to contain Milford and Hunt, even with them playing off a mostly QLD cup forward pack, but you never know.

Milford and Hunt are banned from Origin this yr. The Broncos are depleted, but will their side be any weaker than Newcastle's who we only just managed to beat?

Well if all u guys are right and we are well beaten by what imo are close to a bottom of the table side like us l am going to be very disappointed.
Lets face it. Their bench of junior kangaroos now please. Most on here didn't even rate Blair unlike myself. Really want our forwards to stand up to these "boys" and make a game of it otherwise they have to go.

I actually took the $4.50\. Only $200 but my ony worry is Milford and the referring. I worry they may get an avalanche of penalties or a key decision to get em home. Remember last year we were about to make a game of it an Lawrence has a fair try stripped.

If it does happen the media will quickly sweep it under the carpet for bennys babes.
