Not sure how this differs from any other Brooks article:

Brooks will run more
Brooks will lead the team around the park
Brooks will talk more
Brooks my breakout year

Still waiting for all of the above, no more excuses, go and deliver.

Brooks development has stalled in my opinion because for too long players around him were blamed for his own inability to address the failings in his own game. We know Brooks can play but has there ever been a player in our club that has had more excuses made for him.
Already the "Maguire is playing him wrong " "he is a confidence player " etc - time for Brooks to work on his game and decide what he wants from his career just like all the others that have come through with him are now doing.
Those who are not sold on Maguire can use his poor form to blame the coach but he is the only one that has forced him to own his form. He will either man up and own it or he will listen to the rumblings and continue to look for excuses at our expense.

Yep exactly, and if he cant figure it out on his own he can head to another club and hide behind the excuses again.

I've always liked Brooks but the excuse that it's other players fault that he isn't performing is pathetic.

Moses was hopeless until he was surrounded by Sivo, Ferguson, Blake, Lane, Matterson and a rejuvenated Jennings. throw in being mentored by the best to ever play 7 and there's a reason why he looks to be the better player.

not defending Brooks's form this season, he's been well below par, but if he can get back to his 2018 form with some strike around him and potentially a halves coach who knows what his ceiling is.
