Ben Hannant has made a mountain out of a mole hill. If anyone needs to shut their mouth, in my opinion, its Ben Hannant and Michael Ennis.

Michael Ennis stance during the week on sledging was so farcical. The top sledger in the game looking for brownie points in the media. Sorry Mick, we saw straight through you buddy.

I for one, cannot wait until these 2 teams come together again, i hope Bryce has another go at hannant. Gibbs will hold his own if Hannant wants to carry on with it. Bloody Albino.

Someone has asked Phil the red face Rothfield on Gibbs as a choice at prop for NSW and his response:

"I don’t know what games you’ve been watching Dale but Gibbs wouldn’t make the NSW team if you were picking a dozen props. He’s mad and he’s not up to this level. He wouldn’t make the Cronulla team"

Now i have been a big critic of Bryce in the past but this season he is having a blinder.

Lets be real here, this is Phil Rothfield. He's a barrel of laughs the way he gets massacred on his blog by fans with hald a brain, and still thinks he has credibility when it comes to league.

Here are some of the clangers he has put across;

- He says Gibbs wouldn't make the Cronulla FG side. Gibbs would be a marquee player and captain for Cronulla!;
- He doesn't rate the Tigers;
- He doesn't rate Marshall, but he's the first one to carry on when he's on fire. I love watching Marshall take the Sharks apart every time they play them;
- He bags the NRL for not forcing clubs to move games to bigger venues, but sits there and praises traditionalism and playing at suburban grounds;
- He said Cronulla would make the 8 this year;
- He has said for the last two years that Price and Seventycentsalitre are pensioners only to watch them dominate guys 10 years younger than them;
- He says that Gidley should still be playing Origin;
- He says Paul Gallen should be the first man picked for NSW;
- He says Ennis is better than Farah;
- He's "predicted" 3-0 victories to NSW for the last two series and is already calling this years 3-blot to the Roaches;
- He says Ricky Stuart is a great coach;
- He says Brian Smith is a s**t coach (Hasn't won a premiership but rebuilds clubs and gets a lot of them to the grand final, and doesn't need anyone to hold his hand unlike one Richard Stuart);
- He says he knows the game better than Gould;
- He attacks Gould for bagging the administration, and then gets on his blogs and criticises the NRL to high heaven.

The only thing he really has said that has any truth to it is that the Dragons would choke last year, which they did. But even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I hold Rothfield's opinion in a lower regard to anyone. At least most people watch the games they have an opinion on. This boofhead doesn't even do that.

Two years ago, I was at a function in the Legends lounge at ANZ during the Tigers v Manly, Dogs v Eels double header. So was this dullard. Everytime I saw him, he had his back to the game, stuffing his face talking to other dullards.

He's probably not far off the mark regarding Cronulla, they have a very good pair of props who are less experienced than Gibbs and probably better.

bryce while having a great season for us, isnt in the top 10 props in the game and maybe not even top 10 for NSW, infact he may only be the 3rd best prop at the tigers currently, but if he backs this year up and improves then he will be in with a shot, hes having a great year compare to his last couple but that wasnt hard to improve on

Yeah, thats why I buy the Herald on Sundays… Aside from Weidler, Gould has an agenda but at least he talks footy and makes sense. The Telecrap resembles a gossip column on Sundays with "Bec & Buzz."

Typical stories include the "scandal at an unnamed club featuring unnamed players which we can't mention for legal reasons", "Who's Braith Anasta dating this week?" and the atypical "Sonny Bill wants out of French Union" only to sign another deal a couple of weeks down the track (although the Weidler is guilty of that too.) The Tele sports section, especially league, has been s**thouse since Chippy Frilingos carked it.

They both have zero credibility. Buzz need not despair though, he could always get a job for the New Idea and speculate whether Jennifer Aniston is still pissy at Brad for leaving her for a chick with a great rack and lips that would suck your face off.
