I wouldnt say they dont know the game, but i agree with everything else u said.
 
If he played for another team you would all be calling him a grub.
I hope they suspend him for a while.

I know he needs an 'intelligence' injection before each game as he gives away some dumb penalties and I am one of his critics and doubters, but last night he took the ball up all night, was the last man in defence when Parra made a break and he chased hard to get to the guy as well - if he did not I am sure it would have been a try.

Honestly thought he put a bigger dent in the turf and maybe had minimal contact with burt but because he got injured from something.

Yeah, how i saw it too….there was minimal contact, Burrrrt milked it for all it was worth, give him the Oscar...though that said it was dumb and unnecessarry

Hardly cost us the game…

2 wingers getting injured causing out entire backline to get thrown around and horrible refereeing cost us. If TNT stayed on... we would have rolled them tonight!

Gibbs played great IMHO... all the guys did tonight..
 
Poor read champ, Im in no way angry, and just because you done something stupid and ridiculously intentional doesnt mean everyone else you see do a similar thing means its exactly the same.

His intent and your intent would be two very different things, Ive done similar on the field and in my case it happened before i knew i'd even done it, reflex action more than anything.
 
you need to grow up ink ….. in my era the game was dirty and the tough survived ... bryce plays the game from that era ....
if you played and never made a foul you must have been a winger , or spent most of the game on the bench ...

why cant you just let people have their opinions without attacking them always , because your opinion is different ...
the forum would be a much nicer place ....

gibbs is an idiot.

the contact with burt was minimal but he should never have allowed himself to be in the position.

then he gave away another stupid penalty early in the 2nd half allowing the eels to get the second set of 6 and score.,
 
I don't have a problem with his attack or defence nowadays it's the stupid penalties that he gives away that more times than naught result in a try or a goal against us. When he gives one away I always think that he has a bet with someone that he must give away at least one penalty a game because that's exactly what he does. When he gives those stupid penalties away he is letting the whole team down. I never have a problem with a player who gives away a penalty to save a try…that's smart thinking.
 
I think bryces committment and stamina has been great its easy to pick at the obvious brain snaps and mistakes but i guess when u try and bust your gut constantly there will be mistakes made . The amount of work he does unoticed work is huge he is the first forward chasing the kicks he is running out of the line to put pressure on the kickers and the 2 saving tackles he made were amazing . I think his go forward is getting better but it doesnt really matter anymore , He has Ellis payten KG SKANDO going forward i think his job is to defend and work hard , he will never be a FUI FUI moi moi but then again fuis workrate besides attack is terrible .

I thought gibbs undid everything he did good last night with the brain farts he had, As soon as I saw the knees i turned to my mate and said penalty try. I think it did take a bit of wind out of the boys sails as well as without it we have went into the 2nd half with a lead.
