And possibly Hasler Odessa - Titans. 2 premiership winning coaches who know how to kick a door down. No women. No children. Just waiting for a gig. To be fair to Wests Tigers there are a few children playing.

I just think it is so hard for any coach to lift clubs from the cellar given the way the NRL is run.
To be successful you need basically to have NRL standard players to cover all your top 13 and there just is not that quality in the player pool.
Teams like the Dogs,Dragons and us basically can’t afford an injury or suspension. Than there is the salary cap that hinders the battlers as they have to pay overs for their rosters.
Pathways is our only hope and that is still a long shot.

Pathways start in office management. Only Penrith has is pulling it off. In the modern day game. You are right. It's a long shot.

Apologies. I get it. Talking face to face is much different to typing as you cant see me, my mannerisms, my energy. no body language etc........ I get it. Thanks for pulling me up on this. Words are easily misinterpreted especially in the heat of the moment. What i was endeavouring to express (unsuccessfully it seems) is that maybe Hasler can take the Titans to the next level like he could of taken Wests Tigers to another level. Thats all. He was waiting in the wings afterall. I hope Odessa it makes more sense now. I guess in a nutshell he is not a bad coach. However I believe many Bulldogs fan would disagree with me and possibly Phil Gould. So I'm just throwing it out there.
We hold many records none of which are good.
