You watch the Bulldogs will "lose " next week to the Raiders

Nothing game really for the Dogs and if the Raiders beat the Roosters this weekend would almost guarantee them a top 8 finish

The Dogs will want nothing to do with us after tonight in the semis so they can kill a extra bird with another stone by losing

What do you guys think ??

I thought that myself Happy and Canberra are just that sort of team. I wouldn't be surprised if the dogs started resting players to freshen them up for the semi's from next week.

dont start on conspiracy thoeries like that.... If the Bulldogs Tank that will do me for following League.

It won't look like a Tank UD , but I still reckon it will happen

I don't think theres any chance of them tanking next week. Yes they are 4 points clear, but there is only 1 point seperating them and the Storm in points diff. Say they tank it next week and Melbourne win then that would leave it all to do in the last week albeit against the Roosters. It would make more sense from a Dogs stand point to wrap up the MP next week and then rest players in the final round against the Roosters when the game means nothing

Personally GNR I would rather lose the second last round than the last and if the Tigers can continue to play like they did for the last 55 minutes (barring the kick chase )in the next two weeks and make the 8 a lot of teams would be concerned , including the Dogs

Not sure a win v dogs wraps up spot in the 8, raiders need results to go their way as their for and against is -43\. Then a road trip in the last round to NZ who despite being poor the last month or so would want to finish the season with a win especially at home after their last few games there.

I don't think a team, or their coach for that matter, will throw a game. They will get too much media speculation surrounding it.
Wouldn't be surprised if players were rested though.

Doubt they'd rest players, they'll get a rest if they win week 1 of the finals.

Yep they will definitely lose this week, but it won't be because of tanking. Now they've made it 12 on the trot a loss is coming and Canberra are desperate enough and talented enough to knock them over.
