Is Heleta in the top 25?

Heleta looked good in the highlights package, nice turn of foot and looks quicker than Nofo, although similar in build. Not sure I'd play him on the wing in FG given he has predominantly played in the centres. He doesn't look any worse than the likes of Rankin and Hunt in terms of depth.
