It’s all talk at the moment.“We're not like any other NRL club, and we don't want to be like any other club. We’re outlaws,” -Shane Richardson.
The man is a genius.
Were we outlaws this year as well?

LMAO...so cringe.Outlaws rolling with the crocodiles 😂😂😂
To me, an outlaw (outside of being a criminal), is the belief that no one including management, fans, competition or organisational administration etc.. defines who you are. You define yourself and you dont give a shit what others think. Its a rebellious world view.I think outlaws is a great metaphor to rally around. It leans into and embraces the fact that we're not a pedigree, glamour club and we're not going to try and measure ourselves against the Roosters or the Broncos etc. It's 21st century fibro's, without just trying to copy the past. I think its brilliant, and (I hope) we're seeing the same efforts/magic that went into changing the perception of Souths being applied to our team.
We put bad boys on the straight and narrow“We're not like any other NRL club, and we don't want to be like any other club. We’re outlaws,” -Shane Richardson.

We wanted an identity. He's giving us an identity and setting standards. Seriously if we're not competitive this year I will be shocked.Talk is cheap.
Thankfully Richo’s got a long history of action too.
How would you describe this identity? We wanted an identity. He's giving us an identity and setting standards. Seriously if we're not competitive this year I will be shocked.
Outlaws that are up for the fightHow would you describe this identity?
Outlaws that are up for the fight
That doesn't imply making bonehead decisions hopefully Naden doesn't see first grade.
Fair call. I actually don't mind the 'outlaws' tag. It's a bit of an "us Vs them" which I'm ok with. At the end of the day though, it's all just talk.To me, an outlaw (outside of being a criminal), is the belief that no one including management, fans, competition or organisational administration etc.. defines who you are. Its not a very team orientated mindset.
Add that to the silly crocodile roll (I still dont know what that means), and theres some mixed messages coming out of Concord.
Keep it simple. Our motto should be "Enough is enough".
For too long, we’ve been the bullied. The punchline. The pitied and mocked. A club that others look down upon, irrelevant to anyone but the loyal, die-hard supporters who suffer week in and week out. We’ve been a joke, but jokes don’t win games, and this ends now. We’ve been labeled as “Outlaws,” but let’s be honest, that’s not us. Outlaws stand alone, indifferent to the world around them. But we are not alone. We are brothers. We are a team. If anything, we’re the Outsiders...the ones everyone doubts, the ones no one sees coming. And that is our strength.
2025 marks the beginning of our fightback. The days of living off scraps and surviving in the shadows at the arse end of the table are over. We’re done being the club others circle on the calendar as an easy win. We’re done being a soft target, who roll over. We’re done being everyone’s punching bag. We have genuine talent, real winners, and a hunger that can’t be ignored. We’re going to fight. We’re going to scrap. We’re going to play hard, physical, and smart football. And when the arm wrestle gets tough, we’ll welcome it, because this is where we thrive.
We’ll hit harder. We’ll run faster. We'll work as a gang. We’ll leave everything on the field because we have had enough. We won’t back down. We won’t be intimidated. And when the dust settles, we’ll stand tall, proving to ourselves and the Rugby League world that this club isn’t here to be laughed at...it’s here to compete and to win.
Forget the crocodile roll, disregard the outlaws tag...Enough is enough....its a rallying cry for a new beginning and a refusal to accept anything less than greatness.
How do you take action in the preseason? He is taking action by setting standards at training. This isn't going to be any normal ore preseason, we have a vision and goals we want to achieve. Look at the Dolphins don't tell me you need more then a preseason to play good footy for the most part.He needs to put his words in actions.
