Is that you making sense AHX?Personally speaking. Sponsors can't help a team make the top 8. But a team making the top 8 can help the sponsor.
Nailed it.Personally speaking. Sponsors can't help a team make the top 8. But a team making the top 8 can help the sponsor.
What happened to Playup?FAB were on both sleeves but only a few months later upgraded their sponsorship to also include back. A sweet deal if you ask me, considering Brydens deal?

A proper fan or supporter would not be airing their grievances to the old Buzzard.
I tend to think that Richo's side of the story is believable and that Fabri is siding with the old regime and looking for an excuse to get out and is trying to discredit the current management in the process.
I thought that FAB were only sleeve sponsors and was surprised about the mention of back of jersey sponsorship unless that was part of some future sponsorship deal that has not yet started up.
No gambling sponsors will be allowed on NRL jerseys once the contract with the club ends. Can’t remember if it was set by the NRL or the government but it was one of them. What happened to Playup?
And should Allied already expressing interest in being back on the jersey, I'd say that the spaces left blank by FAB will be replaced very quickly. If not fully by them, but by someone else, Richo has business ties, and having a new group in charge with the signs of a potential bright future (even with the recent 2 spoons) I think a fair few companies will be willing to step in to put their names on the jersey (be it this year, or next, when the big one almost certainly becomes available).
good to see, lets get back to a winning organisation on and off the field !! Ho efully a good start for the future of our beloved clubA couple of big appointments so far under the Richo regime that have popped up in the media are Peter Lang as Chief Commercial Officer (formerly Austereo sales manager having worked closely there with the NRL) & Shaun Mielekamp as General Manager of Community, Foundation & Affiliates (former CEO of Central Coast Mariners).
