Are any under age? I don’t see it as big of a deal as people are making out. There’s nothing illegal in it. Just people looking for dirt.

Like I said, if they were under age, I’d see it as a bigger deal. Personally. I can’t stand social media, and roll my eyes anytime people post stuff from players accounts and what they are doing every moment of the day. I just think it’s a smear more than anything else. And no, I’m not defending the guy, he’s a moron. But like I said the other day, people need to be careful just how far they go with it. I read a comment the other day on Facebook from someone saying he looks like someone who hung out with Epstein. I think people just need to temper their emotions cos some of it is getting quite slanderous.

Sadly, Tom if they don't come through for us the only way is to hit the hip pocket through membership/ gate takings.

I don't like it but how bad do we want it, it could be dangerous, the NRL could get involved for an outcome we don't want.

It would have to be a breach of your typical Company IT policy …particularly given he is a public face of the club and HBG

In any organisation in the world, a leader is expected to act as a representative of the club. This wouldn't be acceptable anywhere. No one is saying it's criminal, but it's not setting a good example.

You'd have to question someone's judgement who thinks that's an appropriate way to conduct yourself as someone that has a major say in the club.

That is true.

But in the last 120 years or so, how many times has NRL taken the license off a club particularly one that is profitable and not bankrupt?

Maybe NRL can stipulate that in the next cycle, WT need to have different owners? But idk if there is any precedent for that?

I don't think any such drastic steps will be taken. NRL would just want to kick the can down the road and just conduct an "independent review" then the findings won't actually be presented to anyone, there will be some minor changes and 2-3 years later, we will be in the same position.

The only ones profiting off this would be the media with a dozen articles every week about our situation.

I doubt he'd have a go at Gus the way he did on his own show.

The only agenda Chammas has is to make money for his employer. I haven't followed him for long but been following a lot of his podcasting and written articles. He's actually been presenting facts.

I hate using this word but I actually feel he has some "journalistic integrity".
