Ch 9 News

Good interview … At least he was honest and is virtually accepting without success he's gone. Said he believes he has 100% support of the players ... Time will tell on that one.

oh okay, that's a relief. I think i got a little carried away haha Thought 'potter predicting more pain,' meant an upcoming news story that would be more bad stuff.

Why was Potter on? Are they doing all teams over the next few weeks or something like that?

I do enjoy the mental and physical toughness of kidwell, and the intelligence of payten as a footballer.

Adding those two into the mix, should hopefully transform our pack, to where they need to be.

Yes, just Potter predicting more pain for Wests Tigers fans ….something most of us already knew.

Looks like he didn't actually predict any pain for Wests fans. Why all the pessimism?

Didn't mean to startle you …. Kenny S made it sound more dramatic than it was !

They were Ken Sutcliffes words in the lead up …. I thought something more serious coming up ....

Im wondering if Ken Sutcliffe reads these forums and put the bait out there knowing how pessimistic and fickle a lot of the Wests Tigers fans are.

This looks like it sums up the content of the 9 story.

I suppose the big question is how the club measures success in regards to Potter

Are they expecting a Top 8 finish ??

Or will they be happy the squad ( and in particular the young guns ) are moving in the right direction and gradually improving ??

They can't be thinking success in 2014 , but would be demanding success in 2015 should he continue on

He's done the clean out that was needed, he's got great youth coming through. He's getting our cap sorted out too.

He has to get them playing structured footy around Brooks & Farah this year.

results are all thats left. He's done the hard & unpopular stuff, now he can actually focus on the on field stuff a hell of a lot more.

so long as we make the top 10 & improve defence a lot, i would consider that successful, especially with so many kids in the side.

2015 will be a failure if the club doesn't make the finals.
