Christchurch Shootings

By foreign politics I should have said Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon, you're right. There really is no figurehead more divisive/polarizing then him depending on what side of the room one stands in. For the record, I don't identify as white, and I'm the son of refugee/immigrant parents - I get all of the leftist arguments. I think their notion of a utopian society is a bit deluded though in all honesty. To each their own, love is love.

The Bangladesh Test side were near there. None were injured from what I understand. The rest of the tour has been cancelled.

Discussing is a better description :v:

If anything this is the thread to discuss this. Imo victims and their families would want us to respectfully try to understand and discuss the pain they are suffering (victims and families of all Terrorist attacks). So at least while the cause of their passing was because of hate the outcome can be understanding and acceptance.

Not targeting Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon he was just the one being discussed in the original thread. You can take Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon out and replace his name with any leader (political or religious).

What part of my post do you find divisive? Is anything I said untrue? The guy did praise Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon as inspiration. Kind of disturbing considering he’s the POTUS I would have thought.

Every nutcase extremist praises somebody and takes their message to a point unintended.
The nutcase Muslim religious extremists praise Allah before they kill … the same Allah these innocent people were praying to.
People justifying their violent acts on someone or something else is quite common unfortunately.

It seems that this attack was extremely well planned and executed with a clearly imagined goal in mind.
Division…not just along religious, ethnic nor cultural lines but also political. If this guy has dimissed 50 lives to ensure the political gap widens then we have entered a new age of evil. Scary and disturbing times we are living through.

Heard an academic saying that the attention and obsession with trying to understand the terrorists is often what drives future attackers to be even more shocking and violent.

I think it's important to recognise victims but the killer/s should be forgotten about ASAP.
Locked in a box, killed, whatever the law of the country determines.
