City v Country live game thread

24 22 to City.

I was thinking woods might not be ready for origin but he was hands down killing it today. He's my first prop picked for NSW.

Tariq Sims looked strong.

No way Hayne is a 5/8.

Morris brothers looked good.

Farrah is probably NSW best hooker.

Pearce is half back, carney 5/8 for NSW.

Geeze Hayne is a poor 5/8\. The bloke is a damaging ball runner. Why play him in the halves?
 
It's still on Channel 9/WIN. Some of us are still watching the 60th minute. If you'd read through the thread, you'd have realised some of us did not already know the score, and since this is not a *spoiler* thread, weren't expecting to have the full-time score posted

2 hour delay on 9 sucks!!

Farah is going well, imo, but I am biased and think all the tigers are going well, especially Fulton!!!

Yep - and why most league fans are hoping for a much better FTA deal to be sorted out. AFL get excellent coverage and NRL seems to be the poor cousin.

would have been a better game of it wasn't for all the penalties. Farah has to be NSW #9\. Budurus is past it and Hinchcliffe is a nuffy.

Woods was the best prop on the field, and he made 145 metres in attack today, with Douglas making 123\. Gibbs made 104 and was solid. Having said that, Woods has to be there for NSW this year, he'll handle it and can play big minutes if required. Farah was good and outpointed Hinchcliffe who was barely noticeable, and I thought Lawrence got the better of Morris in the centres and had a fairly solid game himself, probably his best of the season IMO.

The Tigers just need to string a couple of wins together over the next few weeks and I think we could have 3 players picked for NSW.
 
Hayne was hopeless and looks like he's playing injured.

Robbie was really good, nice and controlled, really worked well with Pearce, Woods was excellent. Fulton was running well, defended well as well. Lawrence kinda did alright too
 
Farah was awesome, kicked very well, was busy in all aspects, made lots of ground from DH….all our boys imo played their best games this year.
