Cleary or Hasler ?

With Hasler under pressure at the Dogs and the increasing possibility of him being replaced with Cleary, we may have to look at options other then Cleary.

Would Clearly heading to the Dogs be all that bad if it gives us the chance to sign Hasler ?

IMO, we have the personnel (provided we tweak a few things) and the talent to be a force for years to come. All we need is a culture change and a harsh lesson in consistency. That comes down the coach.

With that in mind, which coach is better suited to enforcing a culture change at our club and giving us the attitude adjustment that can lead to more consistent performances.

I think Hasler is just what this club needs. A hard-nut, no nonsense coach that demands respect and always delivers some sort of success. Consistent finals and grand-final appearances being the minimum.

This is the most important decision in the club's short history. If we sign Hasler or Cleary i truly believe we can evolve into a dominant force in the comp for the next 10 years. Anyone else and this club will seriously be run into extinction or relocation.

How many Coach threads we need…?
