Cleary vs Paul Crawley

Can't see why anybody could be having a go at Crawley for asking the question.
It's his job.
Cleary doesn't have to answer.
However, I must admit, I wouldn't mind hearing his side of the story.

Assuming you are talking about Paul Crawley, the journo?

He's a massive drip. Every time I see him on NRL360 I think of Gil from the SImpsons.

Oh wow, you're absolutely right and I can't unsee it now. He is Gil.

He asked it in a pretty dickish tone and I think people have had quite enough of the telegraph causing instability for the Tigers.

I think people are less concerned that he asked the question and more concerned of him bailing up the coach and then writing a childish article.

Personally I don't care, hack DH journos are a dime a dozen.

Wait, last week people here were saying News Ltd./Fox and the Daily Telegraph were out to get Gould because he's employed by Nine/Fairfax.

Now they (and Crawley) are in bed with Gould? Make up your minds.

Journos are no longer journos as we knew.

Now they're gossip queens of the first order.

Long gone are the objective match reports, the nitty gritty of match day, the things that fans hang out for - just the rehash of the post match press conferences word for word as heard on NRL website - simply repackaged as hard-nosed news reporting!

And don't start me on closet agendas!!

Crawley now reporting our bus is off the road and Cleary is kidding himself ,what planet is he from ?

Got the boys up for the game despite the calamity during the week.

They could have folded today but they came out strong and held out. Good result given the circumstances.

Mbye is really starting to settle in the role.

Loved how Mbye led the team song in the shed after the game…gold :sign:

I saw that, was very refreshing to see, it was his 100th game, he played well and the team won

The truth will set you free Ivan.

I cannot believe how many of you have your head in the sand. The guy is covering up and got flustered when asked about it.

Guilty! Guilty! Guilty!

Get rid of Cleary, sign Madge and win comps.

Sign the guy sacked from Souff's..OK..

Im not convinced Cleary is revealing all but dead set Paul Crawley is a useless piece of rubbish.

Paul Kent, Phil Rothfield, etc at least i can find a place for in the game, i mean i understand who they are and the role they play in modern Rugby League journalism. This guy on the other hand is a fat piece of lard with no relevance whatsoever.

I am in total agreement with you - which is a refreshing change!

I bought the telegraph for the first time this season to read the report on yesterdays game.
the article,by crawley ,was dreadful.at no stage did it give an objective report on the game-
it was an absolute vendetta against cleary and the events of the past week.

it was a waste of money buying the telegraph and I wont be buying the paper again in a hurry.

cleary claimed misinformation from the media but crawleys article was no information.

lousy journalism.

Better than a guy who doesn’t want to be here and last time I checked, hasn’t won a comp. Is Cleary related to Brian Smith?

Hey thanks for playing “I got owned by Trumpy”
