Been released by Manly today, rumour is he is going Parra but would be a great pickup to play left wing. Talented and young, primarly a fullback but plays wing at manly. Really good mates with our boys, they could bring him across especially Brooks, Moses and Lodge they are very good mates with him.

I don't think they're in charge of recruitment.
 
I think it's all confirmed that he's going to be at Parra, 2 year deal.
Bit out of the ordinary, signed a 2 year deal with Manly only recently.

Maybe more to the story, they're claiming due to salary cap but who knows.
The DCE deal is really 'gonna cause 'em problems.

he is a gun, and can play centre, he is just what we need big and fast, so that means he will not be coming to the tigers.
 
Even IF brooks and co did entice him to come here I'm sure we couldn't beat any other teams offers that are offered to him

Again Milky, you're giving the impression that Brooks and co have the power to sign him. Does JT want him? Regardless this thread is pointless as are 99% of ''should we sign player x'' when they've already signed elsewhere.

2\. Why on earth would Taylor not want him here? The bloke has rocks in his head it he doesn't

That's correct - that is Robbies domain.
 
Ive always thought he was massively over rated.
But he keeps making teams and his highly regarded by lots, personally never thought much of him.

Good luck to him at Parra, he will get lots more chance there than at Manly.
 
heres a question , we have already raided manly for 2 players so u would think that JT would have know about gutherson, so either he was too dear or JT does not rate him.

we are also pretty covered for wingers, maybe thought money better spent elsewhere.

I guess for a rookie he would have had a hefty price on his head and we are all ready paying a couple of kids way over market price in the hope they mature into super stars and stay at the club long term. I really think what ever dollars we have should be directed at forwards that have a few years under their belt

He is signed with Manly till 2017, so they'd be paying for most of his contract if we did pick him up
