Universal praise for how he handled it this morning. How handles the media has no affect on us winning games though.

AD handled it much easier than I though he would… Benji has had a bit of practice fronting up for these ..

I dont think he lost them.
I think he became too casual and let standards with certain player's slip. Some players were held accountable and others werent.
He is learning on the job.
Its his fault, but not for lack of trying, but for lack of experience.

I was opposed to the idea originally, but shane flannagan could be a good option.... the only problem he is an isaac moses client. So its a win for isaac... as much of a c you next Tuesday he is to this club, he gets results for his clients.

You want to be relaxed and have the place "self-governed", but most can't handle that much autonomy and it gets thrown back in your face more often than not.

Setting expectations and having clear consequences, systems and processes is the only way.

I remember seeing him when One HD (Channel 10) had a footy show and thinking he was a disgrace back then.

He's slimed his way onto 360 so we have to see more of him. What an absolute smack talker.
