Coaching clean out!

Well it's a broken record but last night was the last staw for me with this coaching staff ..I sat there last night and could not believe how the game was thrown away to be honest I was stunned …walking out of the ground shaking my head as many other thousands of Tigers fans were .This team is stale ...stale of years of the same faces every training day ..stale of the same talk ...stale of inept tactics and selections ..stale of not being able to fill key postions for 4 yrs ...stale not able to MOTIVATE a team that was playing it,s most important game of the season so far to actually make the finals after 4 yrs ...yes stale and to be frank its on the nose .This club has to bite the bullet and remove this current coaching staff because the whole place is stale. Off my chest now !

Almost as stale as the posts we've all been writing in the last 5 years…You get the feeling management/coach/some players are all covering each other...best thing that can happen is we don't make the 8s, IMHO, to bring on a REAL change!!

I think Sheens has brought the team along pretty well this season - really shown some expertise with the results we are getting from Lui and Fifita, not to mention his management of Brown and Daniella.

However, 5 years is a loooooooooooooooooooooong time and he's made plenty of blunders in that time. Thank god we are finally in the 8!

Patience. He had that on his side. However now we have finally got there, there are not too many coaches you would rather have in your corner. Long, long overdue, but the bagging is over for the time being. This season at least :wink:

In fairness, had Benji stayed fit we probably would have made it before now. But anyway, whats past is past and its the here and now that matters most. I think there's only two teams that can win it and thats us and St.george. Been saying all year its a St.George Wests Tigers Grand Final. If that happens, you would need a stadium that holds 200k to fit all the mob in !!!

For Me I am happy with Coach Sheens leadership with the resources and players we have had over the last few years.

Our situation this year,plus the esaily neglected fact that it has taken 5 years, actually re-inforces the need for a change in coaching.I see our talent base this year athe equal of any teams,but dumb selections,unrectified problems,& inability to motivate(theyve heard it all before)will probably thwart us from realising that potential.
Im so over Sheens Id almost take Stuart..almost

Quite the opposite actually..as a true supporter all success & achievement is enjoyed
The frustration is what could have been without the mediocrity that masquerades as "the coach",& I must also admit the significant minority on this forum(Geo??) who have supported losing teams many years & now rate anything better than avoiding the spoon as being a successful season.
Sheens loves you guys.Thats how he keeps his gig.
Some of us expect more than bottom half of comp year after year,& unlike the coach can readily identify the reasons why were there
