Yes, i acknowledge the state government dropped the ball. I hope they are held accountable, and until the investigation is concluded neither me or you have any idea how that will turn out (unless you are one of the investigators) but from the outside, certainly looks like a massive......mistake.
How does this make the Federal Government advice from the Chief Medical officer wrong?

Bio security, customs and quarantine are Commonwealth responsibilities. = Border Farce

So you keep saying. I've seen your Border Farce comments for days. I'll wait for the findings from the official investigation.

Check the link. It is quite clear.

So are the emails from NSW Health saying the Ship was ok to dock without restrictions while requesting swabs so they could test them for covid 19

And here is the article which exposed a change to the Commonwealth declaration form one week after the Ruby Princess disembarkation. This is a -pre-arrival form completed by captains about passengers and crew. It asks if passengers had persistent coughing or breathing difficulties. The information declared in this form is used to shape the assessment health authorities make. You know now this is heading in the direction of Border Farce,

As I've told you many times, both the ship and other government agencies made mistakes, that doesn't clear NSW Health of their mistakes!

The British have admitted that their death toll is incorrect because only deaths in hospital from covid-19 are counted, anyone else who dies at home from it are not.Just another government hiding the extent of the problem and people wonder why i dont have faith in politicians

Really? You are interested to hear? Well that would require an indication to rationally engage in a discussion which you have refused for a day or so now. You have defaulted on any respect or entitlement to engage in a sensible discussion with me.

Shame because I had an arguable explanation of why you are doing the wrong thing and putting lives at risk directly.

We are done, finger poised over foe button.

So I'm putting lives at risk by going to the beach am I?

Well tell your overlords because they're the ones who have allowed me to go to the beach as long as I'm excercising and following social distancing rules, which I am.

Are you now resisting the advice from your overlords?
Wow you've changed quick.

You are benefiting from the masses not going to the beach..when they did like Bondi for example it caused the Overloads to close them as there was a big spike in cases in the area so much so they had to set up a pop up clinic..

So now you can enjoy the peace and quiet at the beach thanks to the overlords

Enjoy

Well take it up with your overlords, I'm only doing what they've said I can.
I'm surfing (like I always do and always will) and I'm keeping my social distance.

WAY more than everyone lining up at Bunnings JBhifi BCF Kmart or any supermarket.

So maybe you should go get up the people who are coming in WAY closer contact than me at all these places.

This i agree with. No doubt there is far more damage being done at those places you mention. Of course as has been mentioned to you, most likely ( depending on the break) you are benefiting from the goodwill of fellow surfers obeying the restrictions. Now if nobody obeyed those restrictions, you would be at a much greater risk.

People seem to think I'm being irresponsible by going to the beach that's my gripe.

This rubbish about me benefiting from others obeying restrictions, I can't do much about that I'm sorry, do you want me to thank everyone for staying away from me or something?

All I said was, I go to the beach most days and I'm not letting a virus stop me from going now.
If the police want to fine me, go ahead, I'll fight it in court.
People took that as me putting other's lives in danger by not following restrictions, even though where I live you can go to the beach to exercise.

No your not being irresponsible by getting your exercise, the point is if everyone did the same as you and didn't heed the advice, more cases would eventuate,,,your benefitting from others staying away therefore you have the beach to yourself so to speak..otherwise it would be Bondi take 2 and closed...

The world statistics are not believable. They tell me that if I become infected I have a 79% chance of survival. However, if an Australian is infected then he has a 98% chance of survival.

If you thank all the drivers for not clogging up the roads, I'll thank all the people who aren't coming to the beach, how's that, will that make you happy?

Why would I? I'm not using the roads. I do thank people when I'm out walking with my daughter and they make room for us so we can socially distance!

Out walking!!!!!!!!!! Oh my God, how dare you put others lives at risk!!!!!

I socially distance, why would you when you don't obey our overlords?

The British have admitted that their death toll is incorrect because only deaths in hospital from covid-19 are counted, anyone else who dies at home from it are not.Just another government hiding the extent of the problem and people wonder why i dont have faith in politicians

The world statistics are not believable. They tell me that if I become infected I have a 79% chance of survival. However, if an Australian is infected then he has a 98% chance of survival.

If you are put on a ventilator, your chances of survival are much reduced. A UK article I read included findings of 22 patients on ventilators with only 7 surviving. In China, the same article reported 3 survivors from 46 or. 47 patients. A relative who is a medical professional holds out little hope after patients are put on ventilators.

Mate with all due respect what you're saying is nonsense, for starters, you don't even know what beach I'm going to.
On a packed day I almost have the beach to myself.
Get the image of a packed Bondi beach out of your head, it's making you say silly things.

For the record, the beach is closed, unless you're going there to exercise, which I am.

If I'm benefitting from others staying away I don't know what you expect me to do about that, I'll send everyone a letter to thank them if it makes you feel better

And you're benefitting from masses who can't work by driving on less congested roads.

See I can say dumb stuff too.

Bloke cant work out that if everyone didnt observe the restrictions and did what they liked, like he is, the beach would be closed to EVERYONE, like Bondi & Manly......but people doing the right thing and following the restrictions are fools following their masters orders according to this bloke. The arrogance and lack of self awareness is staggering.

I don't care about the beach, if everyone did what they wanted which @Hangonaminute claims he will do then we will lose 10's of thousands of people!

I keep away from people because I care about others, not because I'm being ordered to.

I don't obey the overlords when a law they try to enforce is unjust.
Such as, fining people for going to the beach even though they're more social distanced than the people at Bunnings JBhifi Kmart etc.

Are you getting it yet? It's called logic

I don't think your irresponsible going for a surf. As much as anything else that is exercise. Only people that have never surfed would say otherwise.
As far as people staying away benefiting you.........you can deny it all you want, but without others doing the heavy lifting you would be like a pack of sardines out there.
The issue which you fail to recognise is others sacrificing allows you to legally do what you are, yet in laymans terms you couldn't give a shit. If nothing else, it's offensive to people who have lost loved ones....other than you obviously.
