The beach was beautiful again today, thanks to everyone who didn't go.
I think I may have infected 2 people though, they came within at least 25m of me.

You know some beaches are open for exercise right?

You might want to explain that to a few on here,
who thought I was putting people's lives at risk by going for a surf.
Despite not even knowing where I live or what beach I go to.

Had nothing to do with that and you know it! You stated you wouldn't follow rules that you didn't agree with and the restrictions put in place were an overreaction and anyone following them were following their overlords! Then you gutlessly backtracked when called out and stated that you were socially distancing because you care about other people, after implying anyone who followed the rules were doing so because of the government overlords.

Don't try to change what happened, it makes you look foolish!

Is English your second language?

Actually it is my 1st of 3! Seriously what law is unjust, you said your beach was never closed?

Did I?
Where did I say that?

Some people like to just stir trouble. It's not worth the drama imo. But each to their own, I guess.

About a week ago, old mate a few posts up, bragged how he was going to the beach, saying it was fine, despite beaches not being open. But now they have been opened, so going to the beach for exercise is no different than going to Coles. Which makes me wonder why he was throwing bait out there for something the Governmen gave people permission to do in the last week. He”s obeying the law ?‍♂️

He was always obeying the law, tried big noting himself and claimed everyone was listening to their overloads and the restrictions were an overreaction, that he wouldn't follow their laws. When people called him on it he backed down and said he was following social distancing because he cares about people but everyone else was because of the overlords!

Wrong!

I said I won't follow laws that are unjust.

I also said that I'm not going to stop going to the beach just because of a virus and especially while I'm still allowed to go to Bunnings, BCF, JBhifi, Kmart etc where I'm in closer proximity to people than I am if I'm at the beach.

I also said many times, if they want to fine me for going to the beach (where I'm more distanced) than I am at JBhifi, then that law is unjust and I won't follow it.

But you guys can just do as you're told.

lol, but you are following the same rules as everyone else, you are so brave to stand up to our overlords by not doing anything! You stated many times that the laws were an overreaction!

Did you miss the part where I said I won't follow rules that are unjust?

So which one is unjust, your beach was open?

Maybe just focus on one language.

I said "if" they want to fine me for going to the beach, it is unjust, since other places put people in much closer proximity to each other.
So regardless of whether my beach is closed or not I'm going.

If you think that me going to the beach that was never even closed constitutes me "following their rules" it's a strange way to look at the idea of "following rules".
The reason why I went to the beach is because I felt like it and was going regardless, not because I'm following their rules.

Is this too difficult for you?

Ok may I ask how anyone is misrepresenting you when the following is your post well before you spoke about going to the beach. There were a number of post like this from you stating the isolation was an overreaction! Then when people called you out its been about the beach. It was clear from your other posts this was not just about going to the beach.

You can deal with this one of 3 ways
1. Admit this was about more than the beach and you implied you weren't following the restrictions due to the overreaction from our overlords.

2. Ignore me and show that I am right.

3. Keep trying to change history and I'll just reply by quoting this post as I am done dealing with you!

I don’t see any value in this whole thing, this whole thing has been a total overreaction the two doctors who started this whole “social isolation” thing have come out already and said their computer models were all wrong and their estimate of total number of deaths is going to be less than half predicted which is as many as a normal flu season

The prevention has and will cause more deaths and disruption to our lives than the virus itself.

They’ll just be slower.

Are you going to stay inside until we get an effective vaccine for the flu, malaria, tuberculosis, or parasites like Chagas, elephantiasis, hookworm or liver flukes?

What about Nipah, Lassa or M.E respitory syndrome?

Lyme, West Nile, Zika, Hepatitis C?

What about respitory syncytial virus?

Shit, I bet you haven’t even heard of half of these, you’ll never go outside again.

You said this
>For the record, the beach is closed, unless you’re going there to exercise, which I am.

Yes, and I said "if" they want to fine me (people were getting fined for being at the beach and according to Police they weren't excercising)
I'll fight their unjust rules.
The idea that a beach is closed (except) is ridiculous, if something is closed it's closed, if people are allowed to exercise there then it's open.

Nobody is "excercising" at Bunnings or Kmart, they're coming closer to others than they would at the beach.
So it's unjust to fine people just because they have sand under their feet and not concrete.

Last time I'm explaining this

You might want to explain that to a few on here,
who thought I was putting people's lives at risk by going for a surf.
Despite not even knowing where I live or what beach I go to.

They closed the beaches in Eastern Sydney because 1000's of idiots showed up at the beach. That was completely understandable, you are saying people were having a go at you over going to the beach. You saying you were going to the beach had very little to do with it. It was more your idiotic posts claiming that social isolating was an overreaction in this post below. Stop claiming this is about you going to the beach when it is about stupid posts like this
>I don’t see any value in this whole thing, this whole thing has been a total overreaction the two doctors who started this whole “social isolation” thing have come out already and said their computer models were all wrong and their estimate of total number of deaths is going to be less than half predicted which is as many as a normal flu season
>
>
>
>
>
>
>

The Government's advice to not wear a mask is nothing short of ridiculous.

They say a mask won't stop you getting corona. I think almost everyone knows this.

***But*** they admit that wearing a mask **reduces** the risk of people spreading.

Which is their objective, right?

If a high percentage of people are going around without ever having symptoms, then surely a mask is an absolute essential item?

Along with cleaning your hands, of course.

You have made your point and opinion well known....why don't you give it a rest while everyone can deal with the overlords...
talk about antagonistic.....

I won't have people misrepresent what I said and twist my words, if they do, I'll call them out and make it clear what I said and what I meant.
Too many people read things into stuff they read that's not there.

What about Nipah, Lassa or M.E respitory syndrome?

Lyme, West Nile, Zika, Hepatitis C?

What about respitory syncytial virus?

Shit, I bet you haven’t even heard of half of these, you’ll never go outside again.

How many times do I have to say, I won't follow unjust rules?

Fining people for going to the beach where they're further away from people than if they're at Bunnings or Kmart makes no sense and is unjust, do you agree with that?

If you do, then I don't understand what you're problem is with me.

If you don't, then please explain how it makes sense and is just?
