Coronavirus Outbreak

(EDIT: Replying to the conspiracy theory crap on the previous page)

Yeah that's bollocks. Sinovac is showing less efficacy against the delta variant when compared with, er, 'western' vaccines such as Pfizer/Astra-Zeneca, as can be seen by the poor outcomes experienced by a number of health professionals in Indonesia.

This is completely and utterly inaccurate. The sinovax vaccine has about a 50% efficacy rate and is failing a lot in Indonesia.

Since March 2020, the World has been counting the devastating losses of lives and the horrific effects on businesses and the worlds economies, **except** for the one country, **CHINA**,
Why isn't the world talking about this? China is virtually covid-free with no more waves of infections? **WHY?**

What i've found after some researching, is this, Mr Biden and his associates keep asking the same questions,

(abc news, may26)
"Biden calls for further investigation into COVID-19 origins President Joe Biden said that he is asking the intelligence community to submit another report to him within 90 days on the origins of COVID-19"

So the sole focus of, Mr Biden is, how did this virus originate but not why China is covid-free while still being economically strong and even getting stronger, as mentioned in this following news article,
(the Diplomat)
"While much of the world scrambles to prevent new waves of coronavirus from stalling the fragile recovery from recession, China’s economy seems to be hitting its stride. In fact, economic recovery might not be a proper term to describe China’s economic boom, as in China’s case the pandemic caused something more like stagnation than a recession.
With society going back to normal, innovation and the pre-existing digitization are reinforcing economic growth in China"

So, my belief is this, stop the useless arguing about how this virus originated and argue about how and when the economies of the rest of the world are going to be covid-free which would then allow those economies to bounce back and catch-up to China.

And another thing to consider is this, are China's vaccines better? because if China is having no more infection waves after their **first and only wave**, for me is a strong indication that their vaccines are or could be better. But why?

The only other conclusion could be, Perhaps China did in fact planned and created this pandemic (plandemic) with their belief that the World would be compelled to buy their vaccines which.then would have fast tracked to make China a true Superpower meaning China would have had more than enough power to manupulate the wealth and health of the World.

China's vaccines are definitely not better, many Southeast Asian nations such as Indonesia and Thailand that had relied on Chinese vaccines are now switching to others, including AstraZeneca. The difference is China is much more draconian than other countries in enforcing lockdowns, such as the infamous example of welding shut apartment doors.

True as well, and unlike every other country they don't count non-symptomatic cases. There have been reports of recent covid flare ups in China's border areas near Myanmar.

Anybody who believes China's number of Dead and Infected is accurate, is in need of immediate help. Does anyone really think they have so few cases, let alone admit to creating the damn thing? As for the effectiveness of their vaccines, every country including Singapore that used it, has regressed. To the person that stated on the previous page that they had researched all of this,I say go visit the Chinese Embassy, they have a job for you.

I haven't said they are better, i said and i asked is is the indication that, they could be better, because they had the one and only infection wave? which this indication is supported by their strong economy.

Their economic statistics are notoriously inaccurate as well.

FinestTigers, you are meant to read all of the book not just the first and last 10 pages.
China's history of inaccurate statistical date goes all the way back to Chairmen Mao. Nothing they say can be believed especially their newspapers and media . The only outlet that was telling the truth was the paper in Hong Kong and everybody there got arrested and hasn't been seen since. Your'e probably the guy who still thinks we will win the comp this year........

I reckon China has been doing very well financially as a result of this covid crisis.
I purchased a face mask while I was in the chemist a few days ago...and guess where it was made...yep you are correct ...China of course.
Can you imagine how many million would have been sold world wide.

And this has been answered multiple times. We are seeing around the world that their vaccines are **not** better.

And if you think they only had a 'first wave' and that was it then you're grossly mistaken. They have had to enforce lockdowns of entire cities (like Shijiazhuang - **11 million people**) throughout 2021.

Idly curious, what sources have you been using for your research?

This popular site shows that China had the one and only wave,

So what are your sources that prove China had more than the one wave?

We are not a communist state yet so they are free to protest peacefully

What sort of a fool are you?

If we were a communist state they would not have been free to protest, as a matter of fact many would have been killed or arrested.

The ones that managed to escape would be hunted down and mysteriously disappear shortly there after never to be seen again.

It's pretty easy to check that information.

I don't believe that your other comments are accurate. I think they've had more than one wave.

I've said previously and somehow it comes across poorly but China are not a democratic country where lockdowns are pretty easy going. In China a lockdown may mean that they barricade you inside your house. That gives them a bit of an advantage when getting outbreaks under control. China is also not exactly great at giving out accurate information. They like to paint a picture that is much rosier than it may be.

The problem is that we can't trust the data out of China. They also can use measures that most countries wouldn't use. Do you realize that China still has spys in Australia ? Do you realize that have state sanctioned hackers working with them ? They aren't normal.

I studied China at uni a little bit. It was interesting. They had these massive famines that killed so many people. It was like the biggest disaster of the 20th century. No one really knew about it. To China is was much better for their image (face) to have millions of dead people that it was to ask for help.

I wasn't speculating i was just asking, but it seems to me now that the answers and replies and no replies i've seen so far are speculations/opinions,
So can someone please point me in the right direction that shows/proves that China has had more than the one wave, as some of you have said.
