Of course they did. Everyone does! I certainly remember the lollies and Atherton's dirt. And that's just what they were sprung for.

Panesar also said he may have "accidentally" rubbed the ball on his zipper which roughed up. he mentioned the lollies and said that mints when mixed with saliva made the ball swing more - i'd imagined it would have been like a gel on the ball.
