That’s why we can’t have mass retirements like we did when our best ever team finished up. Apparently Warner and Khawaja have some sort of pact to stagger theirs.
Saw Ausman debut for Randwick/Petersham in first grade at Coogee oval. He debut along side of a fellow forum contributor

I’m guessing that was supposed to read you saw Usman debut? Pretty kool, How’d he go?
And maybe the fellow forumer how’d he go?

Sorry about my spelling, yep they both went alright, they were about 18 at the time. Of course we all know how Usman kicked on, our fellow poster, played 1st grade for about three years, bowling offspin and big hitting lower order bat..scored a few big centuries but decided to retire and go into coaching

We won the toss but put England in to bat,if we don't bowl England out or at least 8-9 down today there will be massive criticism from former captains and the press,Very risky imho

Same as me except 2 differences
I want to give a guy ( Warner who's served us well for years ) one last shot so he can go out in style . Then for home tests he is just not picked . Harris averages 26 in tests
Other difference while I agree Cummings is a better bowler than Hazelwood I think Pats head is frazzelled at the moment . Give him a break
Looks like neither of us were correct on Nesser?

I was at SCG the day Lillee and Rod Marsh retired on same day . Think Greg Chappell also same day .Took a few years to recover.
Also McGrath and Warne together Thats almost 13 hundred wickets gone .
Sad days for Oz cricket.
I saw the Waugh brothers score 200 at the SCG, came out to bat at 3/50ish. We sat at fine leg and yelled “Got a wicket yet Goughy” all day, late in the arvo Gough got a hat-trick if memory serves me well.
