Beth Mooney played the innings of her life to get our women from 76 for 7 to scoring a century and setting a target which became a comfortable win against Pakistan,Alana King also hit her maiden half century batting at 10.
We have such great depth in batting i wish i could say the same for the men's team.

WOW!
As champion @jadtiger said, This team!
🤯
For any Aussie fans who went to sleep when Australia were 7-76 overnight... a bit happened after that!

Good to see someone care about the poor old bowlers stats, seems to get forgotten in the quest for batting entertainment.

If we lose this series, expect a massive turnover afterwards. Half the team are in their mid to late 30’s.
That should happen both naturally and proactively. If Uzy, Smith, or Lyon has a good series you may get some retirements, same if they have bad ones. Hopefully the selection team is proactively working to blood the new players into the squad. The second part is my concern, last season a few of us wanted a new all rounder and opener before the season started. My picks were Marsh out for Webster, and then Smith back to 3 or 4, with Marnus dropped for any opener scoring in S/Shield, Konstas. The selectors did it after 3 tests and got praised for it. About 6 tests too late.
A year later and we still need an opener bcoz they botched Sam’s development, Webster is not young so we could do with a young one of those, plus now we gunna need a new unicorn to replace Pat. The only thing I think they got right was knee-jerk reactions.
I hope Starc is up for this season and him and Hazo, and Bolo, make chopsticks it of their stumps.

Probably time for our Ashes sides. Ive got:

Khawaja
Labuschagne
Green
Smith
Head
Webster
Carey
Starc
Lyon
Hazlewood
Boland

Ideally Green bats lower down the order but Webster has done enough to keep his spot. Konstas can't keep his spot unfortunately

In our search for IN FORM batsmen 2 standouts are
Marnus Labuschagne 3 centuries this season
Mitch Marsh incredible form with an 87 and a 103 not out to carry the Aussie T20 I side on his back .
Still like Konstas although he has only shown glimpses eg 109 for Aust A vs
India A
Head was very scratchy in the T20 's but assume he comes good .Essential
Don't know much about current form of Kwajaja ,Smith and Webster
Looks like no Cummins that's a worry
Just some thoughts as nothing is more important than winning the Ashes and doing it in a canter like the last time the poms came here

Famous last words, but something feels different about this England side. Genuine pace, good young batsmen, dangerous keeper/batsman and the best all rounder in the world. I think they are going to give this series a serious shake. Cummins injury only adds to that.
Sadly, I think they're certainties. Can't see us winning a Test. This is the best England side that's come out here for a long time.

If we lose this series, expect a massive turnover afterwards. Half the team are in their mid to late 30’s.
Agreed. There are some good batsmen coming through. They're not ready yet but will be in good shape for our next tour of England. Not so sure about our fast bowling stocks.

Cummins will need 4-4.5 weeks of bowling before he can be considered for selection. So unless, he’s bowling in the next week or two, he won’t be in Perth

Yeah. You just have to remember how under done he looked at Perth last year.
Took him until the end of the second test until he looked at getting into his work
