What are peoples thoughts on making a play for Darcy Lussick.

Parra obviously have to off load some players and word is Lussick is looking at linking up with Manly again.

Anyone else from the Eels worth looking at?

Doesnt think quick enough for an NRL player imo.

Not the right coach for him here. The one out crap wouldn't do him any good. Would thrive at a team like St. George who love playing with some width giving him more time and space.

At least if we are going to pinch a Parra forward get one of the high impact forwards they have that will give Brooks ,Farah and Moses options in the opposition red zone

I didn't watch last night, so i'll take your word for it. But he was a monster against the Warriors last week.

Yesterday was my first time watching him. Won't read too much into one game but he made a mistake or two didn't he?

How many more players do you want to buy?

Lussick, Bird, Morgan et al. We have better players coming through the lower grades. Seve for one. We have a salary cap ( unlike some other clubs!!!) so patience in the buying market will be essential for a couple of years at least.

When that time arrives, we should be making a play for a superstar, not ordinary players who will not make any difference to our play. The only player that I can think of at the moment who would be great for us would be Israel Falau.

Seve and Falau in the centres, Teddy at fullback, Nofo and Kevin on the wings would be a great start for our rebuilding.

Must admit to also watching Pauli Pauli closely last night after the rumours he might come here.
The commentators made some mention about his size as he ran on then…. nothing.
Seriously hope he could bring more to us than he offered up last night.

Yeah we don't need anymore big men, who are reluctant to use their size to advantage. That's why I hope we stay away from guys like Pauli, Idris, Taylor and Williams. We already have one of those in Galloway. Though in Pauli's defense, he is still very young and learning, so that could change.

I'm with you - couldn't believe we let him walk away. Would rather have him and his aggro than Ava or Buchanan.
Not good enough for our reserve grade but good enough to run out for the premiers.
