David Klemmer #264

Looking at the stats, we actually did pretty well.
One item we really lost out on is missed tackles. 51 to 26 from Newcastle.

At the back half of the game we don't shutdown the knights attack and that is what really let them back in. ...

So does Klemmer change this result?

Who knows..but pole just misses too many tacles,as does Faaatupe. You cant win close matches with these guys
Both for impact late in the game if were down a try or two

Apparently Klem will be at saints this week..
They'll have 31 players and we'll be less another we've let go and not replaced

I hope we looks at Albert Hopoate and Grant Anderson with the cap space. Both off contract next year and not in the round one team. Taylan May also a good option if cleared. Klemmer release I’m okay with however they haven’t move the team with the cap space.

With the likely ACL to one of the Couchman brothers, Saints will be pushing even harder for it to happen quickly now.
How can Molo be asking for a payout when he's the one that wants to leave? He's not training, he wants to go then go. Sounds like no one will touch him now after his Carry on and mental illness.

Grants off to Brissy, isn't he ?

I think you’re right. Like they need another player.
Yep, he's been a good player when given the chance.

I had a look at the team lists in cup over the weekend and as you said, for backs... Albert Hopoate... also Rocco Berry at NZ.

Taylan May is the one we need though.
Then a dynamic backrower.
Sitili Touponua would've been perfect.

It's only salary cap money, Saints will just have to write it off. Just like paying salary when players play for other teams.

If there wasn't the Molo complication the deal would have just gone through with no issues of the Tigers management of it.

Heard Gus say the other day - All the cap money in the world is useless unless you can find the right players

Cracker game ey..

Something amiss at the Roosters.
Let some good players walk out the door without replacement.

🤔

Their juniors have been going well for years,
Maybe they're looking to invest in them finally and change the narrative?

Personally, I think they're looking to blow it all up - Lost a lot of blokes and Teddy is on the back end of it... They might be down for a year, But it's not for no reason
- They're too clever. It's planned, Fair chance they'll go whack, whack, whack at some point and really make some moves in the market.

That Toia is special.
