Debut Players

It was really refreshing to see 2 new players make a debut and perform so well. I thought Tuki had a great start to his NRL career, big body, mobile and good off load, watch him trying to support Dane Laurie when he made a break, whilst young Junior P was not overawed by marking Staggs, they both had a real go. I hope that the club sticks by their juniors and young recruits, I know it was only against the Broncos, but it was a positive move in the right direction.

I think Pauga took time to get into the game. Struggled a bit defensively in the first half. Tuki was good.

Pauga needs to be on his game this weekend as Manly will not make the same mistakes that Brisbane did.

I thought Paula fitness did not help .. these reserve graders have not played that much of late so fitness is an issue .. I have seen enough to leave him there and build his fitness then we can judge then …cupboard is bare pick and stick ATM.

Yes I thought they did a good job for there 1st game and the team was under a lot of pressure. Its easier for rookies to play for the top teams as they have great structures and players around them that hold it all together.
They will only get better but loved Tuki offloads and also credit to Pauga for him backing up for his try... A lot of players would not of been there for that pass.
