Pretty crap move by Des given how he was filthy about being sacked twice by his last two clubs but at least knew it was coming. Holbrook has got Titans in a pretty good place to make a run for the finals with good 4 and against. Low move.

On the flip side you could guess because des signed on for next year he didn’t know holbrook was going to be sacked

Players breaking contracts are a blight on the game, but clubs are just as guilty. If the Titans sacked Holbrook and then replaced him with Des fair enough but clearly Des already accepted the position before Holbrook was sacked.

It's part of professional sport unfortunately, look what we did to joffa just to keep deadwood like blore and seyfarth

NRL 360 so predictable…..on discussing the Holbrook sacking…Hooper who continually puts the boot into the WT, fully supported the decision and how they went about sacking Holbrook…as a matter of fact they all had no issue….rubbish

Hasler will have lots of good young players to coach together with a constant stream of talented juniors from the GC and Northern NSW.

Signing Des achieves little. He's been unwanted for a while, including by us.

Honestly I am so dissapointed that Sheens did not resign and let Des take the reigns here. We would have won numerous more games.
