@Delahunty said:Who cares if they don't know what each other is earning. Wouldn't these rorting match benefits be flaunted to them and their managers as a way of the club retaining them? their core group didn't change over that period of success for which they've been penalised. Plus - they are not as idiotic as people make them out to be. As convenient and popular as the stereotype of them being ignorant and aloof may be for them right now - a player earning over 300,000 dollars a year gets bank statements, and knows how to check their deposits/withdrawls. I wouldn't buy into their playing dumb for a second.

That is their defense....Prove to me TIGER......Cooper Cronk knows how much Cammy Smith earns or Billy Slater earns of Greg Inglis earns and so on.....and then he would sit down and say it doesn't add up.....
How much do they earn......does anyone know?

Did you read my post, it's not about knowing what other players are on and trying to do your sums to figure out whether you team as a whole is over the cap. It doesn't take a wizard to figure out what players this money was being spent on. If YOU were one of these players signed to say $400,000 contract but were earning alot more than that a year wouldn't you wonder where and why the extra dough.
