Discipline

Over the last few weeks we've seen our teams discipline really fall away in the 2nd halves of games, due to frustration with ref's or opposition getting on top of us
I don't know what's being said at half time but it's a poor look when you're getting beaten and then lose your shit and start with cheap shots etc. Bateman and Seyfarth usually in the mix leaving us with one or two in the bin
Other coaches will be aware of this now and can use it to simply apply some niggle and put us off "our game 😏"

It wouldn't surprise me if things got really really nasty in the newt week or two... Though Bateman at least out for a bit.. Well who knows
We can't play footy and then we go the tough guy route and we end up losing there too... Very embarrassing
You are right. Discipline we lost for 10 mins yesterday. Disgusting

I’ve bagged Seyfarth plenty of times this year …but that was a dud call he got yesterday … that’s like the first quick tap I’ve seen let go all season …and he didn’t do much to tackle him …

I think though that him..and others need to understand that a lot of times it’s better to concede the try rather than get binned for 10 mins and concede 2 or 3…

it's always the same players. I like what seyfarth has done the last few weeks but his discipline is terrible. I think we can go without him in first grade until works out how to control himself.
Why tf did we let Ofahengaue go, made our forwards complete. Without him they all got jumbled up. He was origin two years prior

I would take the Fainu's over Ofahengaue but not Matamua, nor Bateman or Klemmer over him who we kept.
Klemmer and Bateman won't be here much longer, and Matamua is very young. I like what he adds in terms of his ball-playing but i think he needs another year or 2 for strength and conditioning. I think he'll be good as a lock.
I also think Latu Fainu is a darkhorse for lock, in the Victor Radley mould.

Good shout on the Latu Fainu to lock. He has a very similar physique to Victor Radley as well; same height and 2kg difference in weight. Would love to have him at lock and definitely one that can play the full 80.

How many times sin binned fairly - that would be the better question. Also - how many players not sin binned that should of been according to the ref's, bunker, advertising, sponsors, Brown paper bags and more importantly the ineptness of ref's and their lack of courage?
