Do we need a new CEO, Coach and Captain?

I would expect a new Board to sack the CEO. That's a must.

I'm ambivalent about Potter. I'd like to think that he could have success with the club if he was kept on - but I'm not sure. And I think maybe that's enough reason to have him replaced. I don't think anyone could feel certain that he can do the job. (However, if it meant replacing him with either Payten or Kidwell, I'd rather retain Potter).

Farah - I'd keep him …. IF we have a strong coach with the complete backing of the CEO and Board.

We need one owner

We need a coach who has the owners full support

We need a CEO that the new owner supports and fully backs the coach without question

Don't want a board

And we want our memberships to mean something

Unfortunately this will never happen

The captain we have is fine
