Dragon coach

If the Dragons have any sense they will throw everything they have at getting Richo involved in the club asap (obviously not as coach),lets see if they have more brains than HBG and i sincerely hope they don't.
No way . You think the tigers are political . The dragons only recently have moved all football operations under the 1 roof . They’ve been 1 club for longer than the wests tigers . The issue is the Illawarra side , muc like the wests side , they feel inferior , and as such veto any good decision or idea that comes from stgeorge out of spite . Lead by dean young’s dad. It’s to this that dean young is long odds to get the full-time gig . And the dragons rightfully so , feel like the club is moving away from the St George district , so are kicking up a stink about that . Only they’ve got less of a leg to stand on cause 6k people turned up a couple of weeks ago , and the clubs future is in Wollongong . Also since the government has promised investment into WIN , namely redeveloping the hill and whole beach side of the stadium , it’s even more tenuous around the dragons leagues club .
Turns out , there’s more dinosaurs than at our club , who are happy to torpedo thier clubs future because they can’t let go of the past .

I don't think we should be too worried about Bula.

One Flanagan means the other one will go too and we have 4 halves.

Where will Kyle go?

From my perspective it looks like he's always lived in his Dad's shadow, but he has also shown the possibility of being a very good 6.

Interesting times for the Flano family.

A WTs fan calling them St Merge is a bit silly

Reckon Ennis gets the gig...despite him being a tosser i recall an interview I think it was A Fifita did recounting when he got to the Sharks and detailing just how professional Ennis was in his training and prep
the first Merged team, always be St Merge to me

talk is dragons are keen on Hornby but not sure if he would go there.
I think they should go after Brad Arthur

Craig Young, former St George great, is on the Steelers board?

Or am I reading this wrong?

What is the funniest thing about that disjointed place there was serious talks last season to sack Flanno. 12 months to late.

Never been a fan of Flanagan, and he did have to go. But, the way he’s carried himself the last month, he’s looked suicidal the poor bastard. Often when the ax is hanging over you and you are dreading bad news, it’s actually a relief when it finally happens. I’m sure he’s got a nice little payout. If so, he could do with a bit of a break. Never know what opportunities might come up in a year or two. Though, given the month he’s had. Why would you want to put yourself through that again.

Feel sorry for Flanno - it’s never nice to see a reputation and a career being ruined.
There were many on here not that long ago bagging out Benji and swearing we needed Shane coz he was a real coach!!!

Benj may take a few years to learn the ropes fully but I’d back him any day - the guy is successful at anything he puts his mind to. He understands the younger players mindset, especially the islanders. He has the respect of virtually everyone in the game (maybe apart from the Galvins and Moses) and it seems the squad loves him. He knows the game, he knows his limitations and what he doesn’t know - he’s no dummy.

If Shane Richardson does sign with dragon's the poor guy will have to deal with issac moses again, moses won't be too happy with that I don't think, how many players at the dragon's are managed by moses does anyone know???
