Boon boon, I agree. Our problem tonight was our back 3, our centers for the main part and our backrowers. There was no defensive structure (but thanks for all those media articles and interviews over the past 2 weeks boys declaring the opposite), no one could hold the ball and they were always caught out of position.
Newcastle have their own problems and are still a way behind the true contenders….Melbourne would have hit 60 tonight as would have the Bunnies, Panthers, Eagles and most probably even the Eels and Cowboys.
I watched most of the games this weekend to some degree and from what I saw, we were in the bottom 2 for fitness, athleticism, structure, skill, discipline....absolute rabble.
Its like we havent just had an off season to prepare this side....must have spent it around at Benji's mansion doing hoarsies into his pool. Certainly werent busting their arses on the training paddock....at least not to the extent that almost every other club seems to have.
