Reece Hoffman and Jake Simpkin are the ones to watch.
Max Burey could to a dark horse a very good player.

Burey a very good player.

A case of giving a young player a go and let him perform. He is a Warren McDonnell recruit from Laurie Daley's hometown. Scolari and Wilson are two more outstanding talents who don't have the big junior reps of some of the others but have the pace, desire and talent.

First saw Scolari after you posted a video
He looks really good, strong and fast.can hit also

@Sausagesorcerer It’s a good sign for speed when you see so many diving and missing after a player has gone. You can’t teach speed and you can’t teach tough. He seems to have both.

Well said
Big frame also for that speed

Seyfarth and McIntyre can really have input into our season. Both are fit and strong. Maguire will be all over them and pushing them to improve. I like a tough Newcastle forward in our pack like Dave Edwards and Mick Schofield for the Tigers

Don’t see it with these two thus far.

Seyfarth stood out in a Balmain SGBall game against the Sharks. Seyfarth, Suli, Doeuhi and Papenhuyzen all stood out even then as NRL players. Seyfarth was younger but it was apparent he had it. McIntyre is one of those hard tough forwards every team needs.

McIntyre wont get near first grade, Seyfarth a good chance too

It makes it interesting that we have differing views on players. I always like to believe players and especially young forwards take time to develop. Players like Mark O'Neil took time to develop.

I agree with this. No doubting McIntyre is fit and tough but he's in the Kyle Lovett pool of talent IMO. I think Seyfarth will end up being a very handy edge backrower or 13 and he's still growing. I expect him to debut this year.

McIntyre , will be lucky to hold down a can’t cup bench spot, never mind getting near 1st grade. On the other hand seyfarth looks a good prospect has a high work rate, runs hard and tackles well

The sad thing is McQueen makes McIntyre look good.

Neither would make a 30 man roster at any other club.
