A smaller Liam Fulton? He's 191cm and 100kg's. Fulton was 187cm and 95kg's

I cant see why the timing announcement would matter…we are only over the CAP if we pay players not based on announced players....?..Am i missing something? ...I see the Sirro to Manly move is getting airtime outside this forum so hopefully its true..and I hope his payout is not a burden to our Cap...for the next 2 years.

Iam not a 100% sure but I don't think you can register a new contract if your over the cap, well at least on paper. I know plenty of clubs have been over the cap when signing a new player but I guess they have had a doggy way to hide it. Anyway the Siro thing is a dead set certainty.

Yes you are correct SC that was the problem with Beau Ryan's contract, they couldn't sign it until them moved a player on.
Beau got nervous and signed with the Sharks.
