Every business has stakeholders?

As supporters of the WT, we all want the best. In business, shares fall when companies lose their way. Ok, let's say we're all shareholders. Do you think the leader of our team SHEENS should retain his roll. Elections are tommorrow, what is you vote.

To answer that I would need a list of applicant signed on to step in guaranteed if Sheens were ousted and a dossier of their thoughts moving forward

While I would be very interested to see how the side goes with the different coach, we'd need this sort of information first.

How many threads do you need to say the same thing tigermaniac?

If the results aren't there, yes a coach is the first to come under review.

If Sheens hasn't produced at the end of the year, we should look elsewhere. Sacking in the beginning of the season is pointless and will not do a single good thing for the club though.

Can't disagree with this, sacking Sheens now will do nothing. Wait until the end of the year and then make judgement.

Ok our stocks were valued at $151 for the spoon, they are now at $51 isn't this the biggest concern for investors. Our boss has had all the resources given to him, yet no improvement. How long do we give him to turn it around and what guarantees should he give to keep the top job, before we crash. At the moment he's got no worries, possible payout, and another top job awaits. The shareholders never get a sorry. What needs to be done?

Yes, yes and yes. But start looking now, it also puts players on notice.

We are a fragile club right now. If Sheens got "the full support of the board" deathknell, I honestly believe we would collapse even further.

Right now we need self belief, confidence and unity. Not players and coaching staff looking over their shoulder wondering if they have a future in the game.

There is a time for a rocket up the arse and threatening careers. But we haven't got there yet.

Our guys are trying their guts out, you don't rebuild shattered confidence by threatening.

Damn right its a concern. If I put a dollar on it now my return will only be 1/3rd of what it would have been but the upside now is my dollar on the premier ship win is 3 times better now then at beginning of season.

Seriously who gives a shoot about tab bet etc. proves nothing. Every year we loose a heap of games on the trot. This year is no different.

Another thread of the same crap.

Tigermaniac, perhaps during your due diligence you should have identified some of these issues and not invested your money. Take your shares and support another business.
