I think arguably we have one of the most iconic and "if this doesn't pump you up, nothing will" themes of all the NRL clubs. Together with "It's the final countdown" I know my speakers get a work out whenever they come on...

In the same spirit, what are your "Turn it up" songs?

Channel 9 must show the Rocky movie series every three or four months or so…

If you haven’t seen them for a while just keep an eye on Channel 9 Sunday afternoons.., won’t be long..

And it just doesn't stir us at the footy - check this at the semi finals of the US Tennis Open (scroll down to the Twitter link):

Much better than eagle rock.
Ive never seen a sea eagle dance like that? Must be a wedge tail?

Might be an unpopular opinion but it makes me cringe, especially the "wests tigers" bit. Penrith and Hells Bell is unreal. Enter Sandman clip above is also spine tingling.

A good marketing/entertainment team might....think...about taking Eye of the Tiger, cutting in a few soundclips of Tommy revving teams up, Laurie Nichols doing his thing & then blend it with the Eye of the Tiger track as the boys run out...scoreboard screen showing some classic moments...pump the crowd up a bit...that sort of thing.

But I'm no entrainment/marketing guy.

Sounds good, the original version not the overdubbed crap, would definitely pump the crowd up. The team? Meh…not so sure, they appear to be impervious to motivation.
