Farah 2014

I know similar rumours have been doing the rounds but this made my skin crawl!
This is from a source within the playing group that will not be at the club next year!
He said that farah has told him that he will go to parra in 2014!

Everyone knows about the blow up between sheens and farah on the Australian tour that happened infront of the entire aus team.
And the dislike they have for eachother ever since
maybe club officials have caught wind of this as well and after the turmoil created in the last few days are looking to move sheens on to help retain farah?

There are rumblings about sheens getting the boot that have emerged strongly in the last 24 hrs?

Just a thought?

Thanks Phil. I'm hoping this info was based on an "off the cuff" comment made by Farah in a time of frustration.

We all make those from time to time, even though we know what we say is unlikely to eventuate. (wishful thinking, I know)

I want Heighno, Beau and Sheens gone. That would be my ideal outcome in all this.

Losing Farah would be 100% unacceptable. Its all good and well to say no player is bigger than the club but Robbie is the Tigers. He's single handedly carried the side for years. I would punt anyone involved at the club from the ball boy right up to the CEO if this meant keeping Farah until the end of his career.

I just don't get the parra rumor. If you think about it it's kinda crazy. Stuart has no track record of turning clubs around. Parra have lost two stalwarts in Burt and hindmarsh and it will take time to replace them. Even with hayne and sandow they played poor this year. The parramatta club is the only one in the NRL that can compare to the instability at wests.

Farahs not young in rl years so he would be looking at a club with a real shot. He will get his money at most clubs. IMO if he was to leave he would look at a team out of Sydney which may be why he closed his schnitzel house plus he would probably like a sea change out of Sydney considering the year he had.

But..in my humble opinion and I know him purely by watching him on tv and a few 5 second chats, I think he will be a tiger for life. You can just tell the guy loves the club, I just hope the club gives him what he's worth.

I hope you are right! But it was from a strong source!
I'm hoping it was in anger or dissapointment it was said! And no real meaning behind it!

You certainly don't mind throwing the conjecture out there phil. Personally I think the club would prefer to keep Farah over Sheens but we'll have to wait and see.

If Farah goes it will take the club 4-5 years to recover

Robbie is extremely tight with hayne, this is a fact!!!!!

Woohoo! We're signing Jarryd Hayne!
Great news thanks SPD

I was negatively thinking the other way but that would be a great result….

Well Farah is exactly what Parra needs. Let's not forget that. Parramatta will likely pay him more than they pay anybody. I can see them sacking Sandow for him, making him captain and paying him more than Hayne. They actually need a captain for 2013 still too.

Yeah so do i….

:WTF what is going on with our club they should be thinking about who and what makes up the club its not the CEOs or any og the men in suits (no disrepect) its the relationship that the players have with eachother, with the coach and the fans they are who matter the most, when you all get along anr respect eachother then the best result is produced.
So to the people making the dessisions think how it effects the coach who ever that will be they players that we have and what the other players have to offer and see if thats what the igers are missing to make them that much better? please think first!

It's all becoming more and more of a possibility..

Parramatta must be looking real attractive to many Tigers players at the moment

Who would of thought that 5 weeks ago

How quickly things change

I think Parra's already been through most of their sh–storm, whereas we are pretty much in the eye of our storm right now

Farah could well possibly think that Parra will see brighter days much sooner than we will

depressing stuff
