Farah and the qld song

So queenslanders sang their own origin song after Australia won, and Robbie joined in (by reports). Wtf was he thinking, surely as a club captain he should be more mature. Do you think it will hurt his origin chances next year?

I say yes. Harsh, maybe, but he should know better

I read that Robbie was egged on by Darius and looked uncomfortable singing along. Yes he probably shouldn't have but i doubt he'd be singled out for it. I don't think the world is that precious. What the Qld's did was wrong, infact they should be reminded that is far from the best interests of the Australian team.

Mate, i think it was the DT that reported it. Yeah, that makes it dodgy perhaps but although i didn't see it, i also believe Danny Weidler reported it on Wednesday night in 9 news.

They were singing at the end of the coverage the "Yippee Yippee Yah Yah" song that Qld teams sing after a win a game if thats what people are talking about

Unless they sing a song like "Down Under " or possibly create their own song ,I've never heard of Australia in RL ever having a song

This thread is surely a gee up? How would Farah know it was a Qld adopted winning chant?? The Kangaroos don't have an official Team Song, neither do Qld… (In the past, they have used a song which was created by the St George players within the Australian Team from the 70's.)

It is purely a Winning Chant the majority of players in the Australian Team felt easy to adapt to the moment. I'd say it was orchestrated by Cameron Smith as something he feels as Captain is a good thing to do after a victory?!

It is great though to listen to the Cry Baby Blues still Sooking in the Off-Season :roll
