Brief glimpse of Robbie as well as a mention on FoxSports coverage of the event. Nice bit of positive publicity.

Rumour has it that his favourite DT journalist was a guest referee and Robbie went all John MacEnroe on his ass and after tipping him from the umpires chair belted him with his racquet repeatedly

Or maybe I just dreamt it

Wests Tigers Captain Robbie Farah may have a career in tennis once his league career is over after showing plenty of skills at Homebush on Sunday.

Farah joined some of Australia’s greatest tennis legends and stars from television, music, sport and politics for the inaugural Apia International Sydney Lleyton Hewitt Charity Day at Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre to raise funds for The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

Lleyton and his wife Bec were joined by Farah, Kate Ritchie, Bernard Tomic, Patrick Rafter, Chris Guccione, Peter Luczak, Shannon Noll, Jeff Fenech, John Newcombe, Brett Lee, John Alexander, Tony Roche, Wally Masur, jockey Corey Brown, AFL player Kane Cornes and Home and Away actors Luke Mitchell and Charles Cottier in a friendly round robin format.

Farah was partnered with Rafter with the pair forming a very strong combination that saw them advance to the semi-finals before losing in a sudden death tie breaker to Tomic and Lee in the final.

“I had a fantastic time. I grew up watching these legends of Australian tennis and to be able to play with Pat Rafter was an incredible experience,’’ Farah said.

“Lleyton Hewitt did an amazing job to put this event on. He is a big Wests Tigers supporter and I was more than pleased to give up my time. I’ve already told Lleyton I will be back next year.

"I’m also hoping to come out to the Apia International Sydney tournament at Homebush in January to cheer on Lleyton in what will be a great event."

One of Wests Tigers bravest fans in little Lleyton Giles was a special guest at the event with Hewitt giving him the honour of tossing the coin for the first match.

Farah returns to Wests Tigers training in January.

That's a bit uncalled for, Happy! Regardless of looks, Sanchez was a great player and, as such, deserves a bit of respect.
