Farah to Miss 6 Weeks

We play the perfect team during Origin haha

Yep - guaranteed to have Thaiday and Parker out. Gillet and Hodges also possibilities.

The perfect team to play at Origin is Melbourne. Useless without their spine.

we lose a lot without farah

leadership
dummy half as creative as him
kicking game- short and long
cover tackling

dont think luani can help us with all of these.

i personally dont think it will be a 6 week lay off if nothing is broken. i think he'll be back in 3 weeks.

Just tweeted his out for 5-6 weeks. Really wouldnt surprise me if his back for the round 10 sharks game a week before his man of the match perfromance in origin 1

Big loss. He has been instrumental to
Our attack throughout the year with all the new rules. Tigers have played a simple game
Plan this year though, a lot of the play through the middle with our big boppers. Compared to that of Sheens where it was a lot more side to side, I think we will be able to cover the loss of Farah better than in the past. Brooks and Anasta will need to step up 10 fold to cover his kicking and organisation.

Bad luck for Robbie but it could have been worse. Thankfully there is no break in his arm.

Tallis on MMM reckoned he had the same injury and these figures are worst case scenarios, said he wouldnt be surprised (nor would I) if hes back in two weeks

What a BS injury, 2 mins to go…having a blinder...fair dinkum these injuries are a nightmare, but in a way its because of these injuries (last year) we are going so good now...all the young blokes thrown in early last year are thriving....

Pray our major players stay fit at the pointy end of the season. Let's get the bad luck out of the wAy early. Robbie can come back with weighted strapping to improve the impact of his tackles!

Few danger games coming up. The next two games are against teams 1 and 3, both playing as confident footy teams. We also play Sharks and Roosters away - both have been struggling with form through the start of the year and will no doubt be looking for some strong performances in the coming weeks.

Had Robbie been there I'd say all 4 wouldve been winnable - will be happy with 2/2.

We have Halatau on the roster, we are cursed to have him out too…. he would be perfect to cover, we wouldnt lose leadership or big tackle counts, nor football IQ.

If it popped back by it self that is a great sign…if there has been nothing torn I see no reason he wouldn't be back in 2 weeks .

I remember watching a Swans match a few years ago. One of the Swans players dislocated his knee during a match. He than gave the knee a hard whack with his hand. The knee immediately went back in and he continued playing. You see the same thing happen to players who dislocate their fingers. The biggest problem is when these types of dislocations recur and an operation may be required to repair ligament damage.

Not meaning to be pedantic but it's a dislocated patella, dislocating your knee means the femur and lower bones come apart, very rare and serious injury.

Dislocated patella - if you can pop it back you can usually move on it for a short while, but then the swelling kicks in and that takes a few weeks to subside. Its also common to strain or tear the medial ligament with the dislocation.

Dislocated elbow looks really bad, surprising how the ball-joint dislocation of hips and shoulders are far far worse.

I'd like to offer some praise today

I'm amazed a Blair hater hasn't called for his head because he collided with Farah

Well done Blair haters
