Farahs kicking game

3 years ago he was a shade behind C Smith. In that time Luke and Friend have surpassed Robbie. And we just gave him a massive payrise. Leave the kicking to Brooks and just control the ruck. He's clearly not the player he thinks he is.

Because Anasta and Brooks are not much better

Well even if that were true that's not an answer because they'd still be better.

But the truth is Brooks is better than the both of them at kicking but they are overplaying. When Farah called it on the last in attacking position Brooks had no choice but to defer to him. He's 19, Farah is a rep player and captain. No amount of telling him to do what he feels is right is going to have him ignore Farah there and put the kick in himself, even though he definitely should have.

Farah needs to be the one to give the responsibility. No kid will take it. This is what destroyed Miller. Anasta put in two horrible kicks too. Brooks had a couple of shanks but you have to give him those because he's going to develop. Anasta and Farah won't be improving.

brooks cant kick them all, and anasta is beyond terrible hence the need for farah to kick a few? maybe next time we can leave the kicking to gavet, he cant tackle, must be something he is good at?

Farah has one bad game and you are all going at him, as the oldest player in the team he is going to feel like he needs to take more responsibility. He was our best player last season, bloody relax.

Running the ball and making an impact? Something we've barely seen before?

It looks to me like Potter has gone too far the other way and the refs have pulled the rug out. Went for big and bustling and the rules got changed to suit a smaller agile team.

I agree. The whole team was s**t today not just him. He can't do it all!

we are having a go at his kicking game, not the rest of his game. he kicks straight down the throat of wingers/fullback or puts useless bombs up. occasionally he gets an okay kick in - but with the amount he takes to get there, he should get a decent one every now and then.

as for the oldest player in the team - he's not. and even if he was, he should then know better and have learnt from all the trash kicks he's put in over the years.

Farah and Woodsie played their worst game for the WT for ages…their failure to play to their standard cost us the game...how many penalties did Woods give away...I counted 4 or 5!....

3 penalties to woods and he leaded the hitups with 14 runs for 110m, second was Tapau with 9 runs and 73m…..

Farah is our highest paid player. Comparing him to squad players like Patterson or Lulia, or even Anasta is on little, is ridiculous.

If Robbie doesnt pull his finger out, our season is over.
