Who did she play?
I had to watch it as a kid, mum was hooked…dad liked the song at the end.

Mate she played Petra who was a inmate who ended up marrying the prison doctor. At least I think that is what her characters name was…it was a bloody long time ago

:laughing: Yeah I was in the same boat, can always remember it being on as a kid….and that song is as depeessing as it gets! Very effective for that type of show though.

Some classic characters in there: Vinegar Tits, Bea, Lizzie, Frankie Doyle. Watched a few episodes of it when Foxtel were playing re-runs a few years back, was actually pretty good for a chuckle.

Was watching re runs of get smart and scene had an assassin and master of disguise, Alexei Sebastien in disguise as the chief
Max quizzed him on a password to which he replied " new or old password"
Max .. There is a new password ?
Assassin … Yes, I say APPPLE and you say MACKINTOSH

Wonder if Steve Jobs watched this episode in his younger days ?
