I actually like the Storm and I have mellowed my hatred for Manly these days, Penrith are a team I have always liked, probably because in their very early days they were a retirement home for old Balmain players, Cowboys I have no problems with, Bronks, except for the preferential treatment they get with the draw every year I have no problems with… But Parra never have liked them and less now gutter scum Moses is with them...but the team I hate more than any other by the length of the straight is, The Chooks. They are the lowest of the low clubs

LOL all of those Sydney grounds are the dunghills. Get out and broaden your horizons.

Point being the capacity of these suburban grounds is virtually the same as Melbourne and Townsville, why not have the home ground advantage for all teams that have earnt it? Unfair advantage for a chosen few.

AAMI holds 30k.
If Melbourne was as stupid as we are and stayed st their craphole (olympic psrk) the NRL would make then play home finals at AAMI.

Olympic Park hasn't existed for several years - AAMI Park was built pretty much over the top of it. Their only other option would be to play at Docklands, but they don't have the support to warrant it.

Haha it looks that way but funnier things have happened. Parra in 2001 springs to mind, Chooks in '03.
Would come close to asphyxiation from prolonged hearty laughter if the infestation that is the Melbourne Storm somehow managed to blow it this year, it would be absolute exhilaration! Go Parra today…..inflict some serious physical damage on the flogs from the deep south.

I have to agree with that. If the Roosters can cut out the mistakes they will be every chance to win the comp.

The Rorters looked very pleased with themselves after the game tonight, plenty of laughing and merryment after just stumbling over the line against an understrength team. They are absolute certs to get beaten in the prelim final whichever team they play IMO. Have never seen a team whooping it up like that after a mediocre finals performance.
Surprised Ted wasn't in the winners changerooms with his besties Mini n Bwaiff.

I actually don't mind if the chooks win it this year. If history is anything to go by it means it will be a while till they get another. Missed it by that much Teddy.

Not a bad point actually. Wouldn't be as hungry next year.

Mate I guess for any magpie man they would hate Manly till the day they die considering they plundered that great Magpie side, but now with guys like Tom T and his brother local juniors, I can live with them. Don't love them or anything, just no hate
